Condition
The canvas is not lined. UV examination reveals areas of retouching to the sky, predominantly towards the upper corners. There are some further spots of retouching to the crown of the rightmost tree and in places to the background. The canvas is slightly undulating and there is some frame rubbing along the upper and lower edges. There is a small paint loss to the centre of the left edge and a further small spot of loss to the crown of the rightmost tree. There are some minor fly spots predominantly towards the upper left corner. This work is in overall fairly good condition.
