Condition

Executed on cream wove paper, not laid down, hinged to the mount in two places along the upper edge and floating in the mount. The right, left and upper edges are deckled. There is some slight mount staining along the upper and right edges and a tiny nick to the right part of the lower edge. According to Brame & Lorenceau, some of the darkest lines of the recto may have been heightened by another hand. This work is in good overall condition.
