The movement and the minute repeater is running at time of cataloguing, however it was not tested for the accuracy of time or duration of the power reserve and may need service at the buyer's discretion. The case and dial are in a very good condition, there are very minor scratches to the case which is consistent with very little use. ***Please be advised that the bands on this watch are made of materials derived from endangered or otherwise protected species (i.e. alligator and crocodile) and thus not sold with the watch, they are for display purposes only. Catalogue Note

The production records of Audemars Piguet confirm that only five pieces in this reference were produced in rose gold.  A sale date of 2001 is recorded.

It is part of the Jules Audemars collection which embodies the pioneering spirit of the two founding fathers of the renowned manufacture.

Jules Louis Audemars and Edward Auguste Piguet clearly left their footprint on the history of fine watchmaking and created many mechanical masterpieces. They were true pioneers in the field of complicated movements.
