Comprising: a bangle of abstract design, inner circumference approximately 160mm; a pendant; and a ring, size M1/2; each with maker's mark and numbered, gross weight approximately 178 grams.

Condition

Each with maker's mark AP for Alicia Penalba. Bangle stamped edition 31/100. Pendant stamped edition 36/100. Ring stamped edition 48/100. Scratches and dents to metal consistent with wear. In addition to these pieces a barrel link necklace measuring approximately 450mm, secure clasp. In good condition.

Alicia Penalba (1913-1982) was an Argentinian sculptor and painter specialising in the non-figurative abstract art movement. Organic in form, her sculptures come in all shapes and sizes and are exhibited around the world, such as The Great Double (Le Grand Double) in the Netherlands.
