Condition

This work is in good condition overall. The sheet has slightly yellowed with age and there is a slight undulation to the sheet, inherent to the artist’s working method. Under very close inspection, there is a repaired tear in the upper left corner and along the left edge just above center on the left edge and there are a few minor pinpoint spots of loss throughout where the media has been applied more thickly. Also under close inspection, two pinpoint pink media accretions are visible in the lower left corner and there is a pinpoint accretion on the reverse in the lower left corner that shows through the translucent sheet.Under raking light, a partial crease is visible in the upper right corner. The sheet is hinged verso intermittently along the top edge. Framed under Plexiglas.
