Condition

Nice color and good carving to crest rail. Usual scratches, bruises, and nicks consistent with use and age. One chair with restorations to both stiles at joins including patches and pegs for stability. One chair with pegs and restorations to both stiles at lower joins; an age crack to left side of central cartouche of crest rail. One chair with restored breaks to both stiles. One chair with restored breaks to both joins of stiles and with some sections of veneer lifting to apron. Old wood worm damage.
