the exterior well-carved with four shaped medallions, each enclosing a lively coiled chilong, all supported on an inset flat base, the densely grained wood of richly varying deep brown tones

Condition

The wood is dried and the color lightened from exposure to sunlight. There is one filled chip at the mouth rim and other smaller chips to both mouth and base rims. There is filled repair around the inserted base.
