Condition

The sheet appears sound and is not laid down. The top edge of the sheet is unevenly cut and the sheet appears to have been removed from a sketchbook. There are minor creases to all four corners and two minor creases to the center of the upper edge. The sheet is slightly time stained and there is some discoloration to the extreme left, right, and bottom edges, and there are a few very minor spots of foxing and handling marks. There are a few specks of studio detritus to the work, including to the right part of the upper edge. Subject to the above, the work appears to be in very good overall condition. The work is window mounted and presented in a simple wood frame under glass. Please telephone the department on +44 (0) 207 293 6424 if you have any questions regarding the present work.
