Roman type, text in double columns, 56 lines to the full column, printed within rules with enclosed inner and outer margins for printed side-notes, engraved general title by Jaspar Isaac after Cornelius Boel's design of 1611, New Testament title printed in a heart-shaped center within a woodcut border comprising the 12 Tribes, 12 Apostles and Four Evangelists, continuous register, woodcut initials, head- and tailpieces; some staining, chiefly along bottom margins, some rules along top margins shaved or cropped, short fore-edge tears touching text on Iii3 and 6–8, fore-edge tear on Nnn6 costing a portion of the side-note. Bound before: John Speed. The Genealogies Recorded in the Sacred Scriptures, According to Every Family and Tribe. With the Line of Our Saviour Jesus Christ Observed from Adam to the Blessed Virgin Mary. [London: John Beale, ?1615]. Title-page with double-ruled border, headpiece composed of a woman's head with tiara, tailpiece with putti, scrolls, and animals, large floriated woodcut initial, woodcut of Adam and Eve beneath the tree of knowledge of good and evil; a few stains, apparently lacking quire F (2 leaves: "A Description of Canaan, with map).  Bound before Genealogies: The Booke of Common Prayer, with the Psalter or Psalmes of David. Title within woodcut border, title-page and calendar printed in red and black; first two quires very worn, frayed, soiled and stained, title-page mounted.  Bound after KJV: Thomas Sternhold and John Hopkins. The Booke of Psalmes, Collected into English Meetre. London: For the Companie of Stationers, 1612. Title within double-ruled border with woodcut ornament, text in roman type in double columns, printed music; headlines and page numbers shaved or cropped, some dampstaining, G5–7 remargined, terminal leaf G8 defective and mounted. Eighteenth-century calf, gilt Greek key border; worn with numerous knife cuts and scrapes to boards, rebacked and upper hinge repaired, lower endpapers renewed.
