Vellum (ca. 4 3/4 x 3 3/4 in.; 120 x 95 mm), 151 leaves, lacking Matthew, Mark, the beginning of Luke and some more pages, FULL-PAGE MINIATURE OF ST JOHN (f.72v), 2 columns, 19 lines (c. 90x70 mm), vellum cockled and stained, miniature rubbed, script occasionally rubbed, heavily damaged 18th-century cardboard covers, upper cover still with vestiges of red cloth, back cover inside with the part of a print of the Greek Orthodox liturgy, spine lost, boxed (GA 2813; Gregory-Aland 2813).
