Condition

The panel was examined out of its frame. It is in overall very good condition. It is lined with a dark yellowish silk of possibly later date that has been attached to a cardboard backing. The panel itself is of a lovely darker blue colour than the catalogue illustration suggests and the gold-thread embroidery very fine and in very good overall condition with small red detailing.
