the surfaces with panels of wavy engine-turned yellow gold within borders of opaque white enamel lines and pink gold reeds, rose-cut diamond-set thumbpiece, struck with workmaster's initials and Fabergé in Cyrillic, 56 standard, scratched inventory number 23711

Condition

Very good condition. A small nick to the gold to the base, to the left of the lid. Three of the white bands with enamel loss - two at the front and one on the left side. Very faint and small scratches to the surface throughout, consistent with age and handling.
