8vo (5 3/4 x 3 1/4 in.; 145 x 82 mm). Typographic ornament on title; some light soiling. Contemporary calf elaborately but quaintly blind-tooled in a cottage-roof design enclosing a checkerboard of nine squares tooled with simple flowers (some in vases) on hatched or cross-hatched grounds, spine hatched with double-floral stamps repeated in six compartments, small gilt dentelles, edges gilt; joints and corners mended.
