The plates are in generally excellent condition. The plates are as follows: Edward Weston, Carmel Highlands, California, 1945 Antelope House Ruin, Canyon de Chelly National Monument, Arizona, 1942 Maroon Bells, near Aspen, Colorado, 1951 Silverton, Colorado, 1951 Graduation Dress, Yosemite Valley, California, 1948 Still Life, San Francisco, c. 1932 White Post and Spandrel, Columbia, California, 1953 Alders, Prairie Creek Beach, Northern California, c. 1949 Fresh Snow, Yosemite Valley, California, c. 1947 Gottardo Piazzoni in His Studio, San Francisco, c. 1932 There are very minor, nearly indiscernible handling creases on the front pages and faint smudging on a few of the mounts. On the reverse of each mount is a collection stamp that reads: 'PHOTOGRAPH BY ANSEL ADAMS / ANNE ADAMS HELMS COLLECTION / # _____ .' The clamshell box is in very good condition, with a few nearly indiscernible areas of soiling and scuffs on the covers and interior.
