Condition

Overall the condition of the silver is good with wear and dirt to the surface consistent with age and handling, with tarnishing and wear to the gilding throughout. The pattern of the loop and the area near it in the main roundel has worn smooth. There are a few minor lacunae to the surface on the flat reverse. The star may be missing from the top left. The suspension ring is later.
