The brooch and ring of floral design decorated with sapphires and rubies, the brooch set with round diamonds weighing approximately 3.70 carats, the ring set with round diamonds weighing approximately .60 carat, both pieces signed Bulgari, ring size 5½, the brooch with French assay mark; circa 1960.
Condition
BROOCH: In good condition. The sapphires are a light violetish blue color and semi-transparent clarity, moderately to heavily included. Rubies are a deep slightly purplish red color and are moderately to heavily included. Diamonds are approximately H-I color and VS clarity. Signed Bulgari on the top of the pin stem bridge. Dimensions approximately 1 3/4 x 1 3/4 inches. RING: In good condition. The sapphire is a light violetish blue color and semi-transparent, slightly to moderately included. The rubies are a deep slightly purplish red color and are semi-opaque, with several surface-reaching inclusions and cavities. The diamonds are approximately H-I color and SI clarity.
