The three-strand necklace composed of 194 cultured pearls measuring approximately 5.9 to 3.5 mm, completed by a clasp centered by an old mine-cut diamond measuring approximately 9.8 by 9.6 mm, framed by French-cut onyx segments, surrounded by old mine-cut diamonds weighing approximately .95 carat, length 14ΒΌ inches, two French-cut onyx segments missing.
Condition
In good condition. The off-round pearls have a creamy white bodycolor with soft rose and green overtones and good luster. Under magnification some minor blemishing is apparent mostly in the form of pitting and cracked skins. Two of the french-cut onyxes are missing. The diamond in the clasp is approximately 3.85 carats, approximately W-X color, SI clarity. The smaller round diamonds are approximately H-J color, VS clarity. This lot is accompanied by GIA report no. 2165931069 stating that ten pearls tested at random are bead cultured, saltwater.
