Condition

With margins, in good condition apart from an inconspicuous, skilfully repaired tear at the upper left corner of the sheet, the corners of the sheet irregular (possible small areas of paper loss at corners of the sheet although this may be original), minute pin holes in the upper margin and a tiny area of paper loss in the lower margin (as is common with this type of paper), framed.
