Condition

The canvas is not lined. UV examination reveals a 2.5cm area of retouching to the trees in the centre of the work, with an associated patched repair visible to the reverse. There is also a 2.5cm stroke of retouching to the extreme upper right edge, probably to address previous frame abrasion. This excepting, the work is in overall very good condition.
