Catalogue Note

The present Rolex 1665 is an original example of a Mark III dial variation of the Double Red SeaDweller. The watch exhibits great charisma with rich patina to the hands and the plots to the dial, a correct “open 6” in the depth rating, and a coronet with a wide, flatter opening. Additionally, the case itself remains thick, and the interior of the case back is further engraved with the serial number between the lugs.
