Condition

Movement running at time of cataloging, however not tested for the accuracy of time and may need service at the buyer's discretion. World time functions correctly. Dial in excellent condition. Case in good condition with scratches and scuffs to the case band consistent with normal wear. The present lot contains endangered species which is subject to restrictions upon international export. Accordingly, the strap for this item will be removed prior to shipment outside the United States.

Ref. 5110, made from 2000 until 2006, was the first world time model produced by Patek Philippe since the Ref. 2523. The present lot is noteworthy in that it is the first sequential example in platinum to appear at auction.
