Automatic movement, perpetual calendar and minute repeating working order when cataloging. Repeating sounds crisp and well-paced. Dial is very nice and clean, in very good condition. Case with some light surface scratches and minor scuffs around the bezel. Buckle with light signs of wear. Recommended! Introduced in 2012 at Baselworld, the new Ref. 5213 minute repeating perpetual calendar with retrograde date wristwatch is powered by calibre R 27 PS QR composed by 515 parts. Fitting in a timeless Officer's-style case with applied Breguet numerals and hands, the brand added a contemporary touch to the classic combination with a slightly larger case diameter of 40.6 mm.

Patek Philippe has always been able to propose different stylistic approaches for the same complications. The Ref. 5213G is generally considered as the evolution version of the Ref. 5013, developed from the tonneau-form case to a rounded case since the update of the reference number.  However, since it's designed in an Officer styled case, it can also be seen as a variation of the Ref. 5016 without the tourbillion function.  Moreover, it offers the same combination of complications as the Ref. 5074 but display perpetual calendar differently by indicating date with retrograde hand.
