Designed as a bird perched on a branch, the body set with pear-shaped turquoise cabochons, accented by round sapphires and emeralds, further set with round diamonds weighing approximately 2.00 carats, completed by a cabochon sapphire beak, signed Van Cleef & Arpels, numbered 94301, with French assay mark and workshop mark for GĂ©orges L'Enfant; circa 1965.

Condition

In very good condition. The lightly included sapphires range from medium to deep very slightly violetish blue and the emeralds are bright medium green and lightly included. The pear-shaped turquoise cabochons range from medium slightly greenish blue to medium blue and a few exhibit small veins of brown and black matrix. The diamonds are approximately F-G color, VS clarity. Approximately 2 1/2 inches long.
