Condition

Overall in very good condition. A wonderful pair of chairs with delicate lines that enhance a deeply sculptural form. The wooden frames of the chairs with a sensitively applied later finish. The chair frames with minor seam separations consistent with age and use. The lower portion of the legs with a few minor surface scratches consistent with gentle use. One chair with a sensitively undertaken restoration to one of the back leg three inches below the seat. The fabric upholstery is later and is in very good condition. The brass sabots with minor oxidation which is consistent with the natural aging process of the material. A wonderful pair of the chairs with richly colored and beautifully nuanced figuring to the wooden elements.
