Overall in good condition. The arm of the lamp telescopes out and rotates up and down from the base. The lamp is presently not functional but could easily be electrified. The metal surfaces presents with a few minor surface scratches, minor dents and a few very minor paint losses consistent with age and gentle use, concentrated along the arm. The switcher appears to be original. A functional design.
