Condition
Overall in very good original condition. When viewed in person, the vase presents with a darker burgundy coloration. The catalogue illustration is under intense direct light. The upper ring presents with a delicate white glaze with green nuances. When examined under black light, there is no evidence of prior restoration. The surface with a few minor irregularities, including a few minor burst air bubbles inherent to the material and production. A few minor light surface scratches around the vase at mid-height. The surface with light surface scratches concentrated to the interior and consistent with age and gentle use.
A very decorative and showing nice scale work with subtle nuance and detail to the glazework.
