The print is in generally very good condition. It is flush mounted on mat board. There are a few scuffs in the upper half of the image. There is some chipping to the edges of the print. The mount has a bent along the right side but the bend does not affect the image. There are hinging remnants on the top of the mount. There are a few handling marks on the mount.There is a 16 inch tear in the right side of the reverse of the mount. There are handling marks on the reverse of the mount. A studio label, printed with the sitter's name, is affixed to the reverse. The collection stamp on the reverse of the mount reads 'PRINTED UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF FRANCESCO SCAVULLO FROM THE COLLECTION OF SEAN BYRNES'.
