the tapering cylindrical body rising to a wide waisted neck flaring at the rim, delicately painted with an army officer holding a bow in his hand, surrounded by three boys holding various attributes, all set in a landscape with plantain and rocks, accompanied by an inscription reading Xuanhu jiazhao, the neck encircled by pendent leaves

Condition

There is a 16.5cm crack running diagonally down the vase above the boy holding the staff, There has also been some spraying of the vase to the interior neck and rim. There are some burst bubbles, iron spots and scratches to the glaze throughout.
