probably Norfolk House, painted in colours with a portrait of Queen Anne wearing a crown holding a sceptre and orb, framed by blue sponged trees and the initials A R, within a blue-dash rim,

Condition

There are two chips to rim, there are losses to the glaze on the rim which affects most of the lower half, some fine glaze crazing, some chips to foot rim.
