Condition

This work is in very good condition overall. There is evidence of light wear and handling along the edges. The collaged elements are all intact and there is evidence of light wear to the Plexiglas, most notably some minor scratches to the central element. The colors are bright, fresh and clean and the inconsistencies in the surface texture appear inherent to the artist’s intent and working method. In the right panel, a ½-inch wide dark accretion in the upper left, and a few scattered and unobtrusive white media and drip accretions are visible under very close inspection. In the left panel, a few scattered unobtrusive drip and media accretions are visible under close inspection throughout. Under Ultraviolet light inspection, some drip accretions in the left panel and a 1-inch wide area around the upper circular form fluoresce lightly but do not appear to be the result of restoration. Unframed.
