Condition

Measurements: 392cm across the top, 401cm across the bottom, 386cm along the left side, 399cm along the right side. Extensive restoration, especially to the corner roundels and areas of the border, as visible in the photograph. Sections of the narrow outer border are later. It has a cotton lining. Colours in the catalogue are too startling and white. It is warmer in tone and more attractive and muted tonally in reality.
