  • bronze
of globular form raised on a stepped foot, set with two round archaistic loop handles, finely decorated on each side with taotie masks in silver filigree, the bronze patinated to a deep coppery-brown colour, the base inscribed with a two-character Shisou mark

Condition

There is an old dent to the mouth rim and further some light surface wear, otherwise the vessel is in good condition.
