Condition

Colour: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the overall tonality is brighter and richer in the original. The catalogue illustration fails to convey the contrast between the white background and bluish glass shelves visible in the original. Condition: This work is in very good condition. Extremely close inspection reveals a single vertical very short crack in the blue pill towards the upper left corner, and a faint and stable feather crack adjacent to the purple pill on the third shelf from the top. No restoration is apparent when examined under ultraviolet light.
