Condition

Colour: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the contrast is softer and the overall tonality is slightly warmer in the original. Condition: This work in very good condition. Close inspection reveals evidence of light wear to the lower edge, and a few extremely thin and unobtrusive tension cracks are visible in places along the extreme outer edges. Very close inspection reveals a three small hairline cracks: one in the lower left quadrant, one about 25cm in from the centre of the left extreme edge, and one 40cm in from the centre of the right edge. No restoration is apparent when examined under ultraviolet light.
