  • 20.7cm max diam.
of deep rounded form on short foot with slightly flared rim, decorated in polychrome and gilt highlights with central enthroned figure within a calligraphic band surmounted by further figures and inscription in white ornamental Kufic script, exterior with inscription in large thuluth script

Condition

Broken and restored with some associated overpainting and infill, colours bright, some small areas of discoloration to surface, very minor loss to rim, as viewed.
