Condition

The canvas is relined. There is a network or shrinkage in the maroon and brown pigments with some flaking in the lower left quadrant below the grey shape. There are scattered surface accretions and some minor abrasions. Under UV light a 3x1cm patch of inpainting fluoresces, corresponding to the area of flaking pigment, along with minor spots along the edges. Otherwise this work remains in fairly good condition overall.
