  • An Egyptian Carnelian Bead and Pendant Necklace
  • Cornelian, gold
  • Largest pendant 11/16 in. 1.2 cm length as strung together 11 13/16 in. 30 cm.
composed of five solar barque pendants and eight pendants in the shape of a seated baboon, sacred to the god Thoth.

Condition

Sacred barque pendant at far left in photo is missing part of its left side, otherwise generally excellent. This necklace seems to be strung on wire rather than string and thus is a little less flexible than the others.
