Condition

Good condition for an object of this type and age. Horizontal crack to proper right side above the legs. Cracks around joins of separately-carved elements. Underside with surface erosion. Some holes for attachments are worn through, especially on proper right ear of top head. Marks, nicks, scratches, abrasions, and small chips consistent with age and use. Permanently fixed to wood base as seen in catalogue illustration. Fine aged dark brown patina.
