Description

  • height including loop 2.5cm, 1in.
the surface enamelled in translucent brown over wavy engine-turning, wrapped with a two-colour gold chased laurel band issuing the hinged oval aperture, cabochon ruby pull, struck with partial workmaster's initials, 56 standard

Condition

The enamel with an area of lacquer and an area of restoration to one side. Scratches to the locket from opening movement.
