the tapering glass body cut and engraved with a pattern of stars, swags, and bows, the neck mount cast and chased with oval shields surrounded by acanthus leaves and bow knots within beaded borders, the hinged, domed cover with leaf-wrapped pinecone finial rising from foliate calyx, the angular handle terminating in foliate ornament, gilt interior, struck K. Fabergé with Imperial warrant and K.F in Cyrillic, 84 standard, with 19473 scratched into the underside of the glass

the hinged lid slightly loose and the neck mount with a small dent to each side within the oval-shaped cartouche
