oval, the concave center applied with a beetle carved of smoky quartz and with gold legs eyeing a cabochon ruby within a faceted border, surmounted by three carved leaves, the 56 standard, in fitted leather case

one of the beetle's gold legs bent and a small chip beneath one of the beetle's eyes
