Condition

Very good condition for an object of this type and age. Minor marks, nicks, scratches, abrasions, chips and wear conisistent with age and use. Small chips inside eyes. Wear and some small losses to holes for attachment on reverse. Two modern drill holes in reverse from a previous mounting. Remains of an old paper label fixed to reverse. Exceptionally fine glossy blackened patina with remains of crusty resin in the mouth.
