Collet-set with an octagonal and two hexagonal sapphires, size 45, French assay and maker's marks.

Condition

Accompanied by SSEF report no. 79212, stating that the sapphire measuring approximately 13.00 x 12.90 x 7.75mm and weighing approximately 13.0 carats, shows no indications of heating and that due to the setting the origin of this sapphire cannot be conclusively determined; together with Gübelin report no. 15040242, stating that the sapphire measuring approximately 12.9 x 12.0 x 7.7mm, shows no indications of heating; and a certificate from Olivier Baroin. French maker's mark for Darde & Fils, French assay mark for 18 carat gold, mounted in yellow gold. Central sapphire blue of medium strong saturation, clean to the naked eye, with colour zoning and very minor abrasions visible under magnification; for further details on the central stone, please refer to the gemmological reports. The two hexagonal sapphires blue of medium saturation, with typical inclusions, a few surface reaching visible under magnification. Signs of normal wear to the metal consistent with age and use. In good condition. Gross weight approximately 15 grams.
