Description

Composed of four graduated rows of natural and cultured pearls measuring approximately 5.00 to 11.10mm, the clasp set with circular-cut diamonds, length approximately 370mm, clasp by Bulgari, unsigned.

Condition

Accompanied by SSEF report no. 74167, stating that one hundred and seventy-six pearls were found to be natural, saltwater, one was found to be natural, freshwater, and eight were found to be cultured (Nos A14, C15, D10, D13, D20, D29, D30 and D40 from the clasp). According to the SSEF report, the 50 pearls on the longest row have diameters of approximately 5.00 - 7.55 - 10.65 - 5.55 - 5.00 mm, the next row has 47 pearls with diameters of approximately 5.55 - 7.75 - 11.10 - 7.55 - 5.35 mm, the second shortest row has 46 pearls with diameters of approximately 5.30 - 5.85 - 10.50 - 6.15 - 5.40 mm, and the shortest row has 42 pearls with diameters of approximately 5.30 - 6.30 - 10.55 - 6.30 - 5.05 mm, they are white to cream, partly with rosé and green overtones, for further information please refer to the report; good lustre, some with growth marks and pitting, few with hair lines and little loss of nacre. Diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately 7.00 - 7.50 carats, including the two largest diamonds estimated to weigh approximately 1.40 and 1.45 carats, on average of H-I colour and VS-SI clarity (few I), as gauged and graded in mounting. Clasp secure, safety chain. Signs of normal wear to the metal, scratches consistent with use. In good condition. Gross weight approximately 109 grams.
