The heart-shaped sapphire framed with calibré-cut sapphires and circular-cut diamonds, inset to a carved chalcedony mount in the form of a leaf.
Condition
Sapphires well matched in colour, medium to medium strong saturation, some scratches and nicks. Chalcedony in very good condition, minor scratches and nicks. Diamonds bright and lively. Signs of normal wear to the metal, scratches consistent with use. In good condition. Gross weight approximately 33 grams.
