Set with a cushion-shaped ruby weighing 4.10 carats and a small synthetic ruby, highlighted with circular-, single-cut and rose diamonds, suspending a natural pearl drop measuring approximately 9.20 x 12.35 x 15.00m, two small diamonds deficient.

Condition

Rubies of Burmese origin cannot be imported into the US. This piece contains rubies of Burmese origin and therefore cannot be imported into the US. Accompanied by SSEF report no. 73575, stating that the pearl, weighing approximately 12 carat and measuring approximately 9.20 - 12.35 x 15.00 mm was found to be natural, saltwater and that the central ruby, weighing approximately 4.3 carat and measuring approximately 9.95 x 9.10 x 5.00 mm, is of Burmese origin, with no indications of heating. Mounted in silver and gold. According to the SSEF report, the pearl is of white body colour and the central ruby is purplish red of medium strong saturation, for further information please refer to the report. Pearl of medium lustre, some growth marks and blemishes. Central ruby of orangey slightly pinkish red with typical crystal inclusions, some surface reaching, some nicks and abrasions; synthetic ruby of medium strong saturation, inclusions and some scratches and nicks. Diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately 2.50 - 3.00 carats, on average of G-I colour and VS-SI clarity (few I), as gauged and graded in mounting. Signs of normal wear to the metal, scratches consistent with use. In good condition. Gross weight approximately 23 grams.
