Natural pearl and diamond brooch

Of foliate design, set with a drop-shaped natural pearl measuring approximately 11.75 x 13.90 x 19.70mm, from a surmount embellished with single-cut diamonds.

Accompanied by SSEF report no. 71777, stating that the pearl was found to be natural, saltwater. Natural pearl of slightly brownish grey, for further information on the pearl please refer to the report; medium to good lustre, few small blemishes, little banding. Diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately 1.50 - 2.00 carats, on average of G-H colour, some with brownish tints, and VS-SI clarity, as gauged and graded in mounting. Signs of normal wear to the metal, scratches consistent with use. In good condition. Gross weight approximately 13 grams. Please note that the diamonds of brown tint have not been tested for natural colour.
