Condition

Unexamined out of frame. There are rounded corners to the board, with a small old area of compression to the top right corner, and a small fleck of loss to the bottom right corner, with further minor nicks and nips elsewhere, visible upon close inspection and owing to the work being float-mounted. There are minor traces of very light studio detritus, but this excepting the work appears in very good overall condition. Ultraviolet light reveals isolated flecks of fluorescence and probable retouchings to the extreme edges, most noticeably to the bottom right corner. These have all been very sensitively executed. Housed behind glass in a thick, white painted wooden frame, float-mounted against a black backing. Please telephone the department on +44 (0) 207 293 6424 if you have any questions regarding the present work.
