Centering a cushion-cut ruby weighing 5.25 carats, framed by baguette and whistle-cut diamonds weighing approximately .80 carat, size 5ΒΌ, with French assay mark; circa 1930.

Condition

In good condition. The ruby is a richly saturated medium to medium-deep pinkish red and lightly included. The diamonds are approximately H-I color, predominantly VS clarity. Registers as a 5 1/4 ring size on the mandrel, but can accommodate a 5 3/4 size finger. Accompanied by AGL report no. CS 60793 stating that the ruby is of Burmese origin, with no indications of heating.
