The two bracelets of stylised foliate design, set with cabochon and circular-cut emeralds and rubies and brilliant-cut diamonds, each measuring approximately 170mm, each ear clip set with either an oval cabochon emerald or ruby, within a brilliant-cut diamond surround, signed Van Cleef & Arpels, French assay and maker's marks, the bracelets accompanied by pouches stamped Van Cleef & Arpels.

Condition

Rubies of Burmese origin cannot be imported into the US, this piece may contain a ruby of Burmese origin and therefore may not be able to be imported into the US. Certification of non-Burmese origin is required before the import of rubies into the US. Please see our Important Notices and contact the jewellery department for further information. Stamped with French assay marks and 750 for 18 carat gold. Signed Van Cleef & Arpels with maker's marks. Bracelets numbered 16579 and 16578, ear clips numbered 17622. Rubies and Emeralds with typical inclusions visible to naked eye and under magnification, some stones with surface reaching fissures. Estimated total diamond weight approximately 9.00 - 11.00 carats, estimated colour I-K, as gauged in yellow mount, estimated clarity VS on average. Bracelets well articulated. Clasp fittings secure with safety catch to side of clasp. Slight scratches to mounts consistent with wear. In good condition.
